K.I.W.I Weddings & Events

Terms and Agreements 

Step 1: All potential clients interested in K.I.W.I services must complete our weddings or events questionnaire.

Step 2: Once the questionnaire is complete, you will receive a follow up email within 24-48hrs.

Step 3: After receiving a quote and contract, a 50% deposit will be due upon signing. 

Step 4: The client will be given a payment plan.  If the client cancels between payments, refunds will be determined on cancellation periods.  Those periods will be listed in your contract.  

Step 5: Once the contract has been signed and arrangements to execute the wedding/event begin, it is the client’s responsibility to communicate any changes (ex. Times, dates, locations, guest size, menu, etc.)

Step 6: Client and Planner will arrange monthly check-ins to discuss wedding/events updates.

ALL deposits are non-refundable


Disclaimer: If you are the client and need to cancel the event, you can choose an alternative date for your wedding or event; however, If the planner cancels, you will receive a full refund.
